“ The BEST chicken strips around! Tender, juicy and a great crunchy crisp! The chili is amazing on the chili cheese fries! The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Pizza was phenomenal! The Shelton’s CBR (chicken bacon ranch) is a fabulous choice. The decor was rustic and contemporary. The bathrooms were clean. We are coming back! Service was friendly and fast. ”

“ A really unique place with a lot of history. One of the Shelton Brothers met his end at this location. The Sheltons kept Capone out of Peoria. The pizza was good. A good thin crust that was done. The cheese was done as well. They go a bit heavy on the cheese. Overall, very nice. The staff was great. Friendly bunch. We ordered some nachos too, but they were not what I was expecting. Cozy, faux rustic place. ”

It was a double patty smash burger with lettuce, onion and garlic aioli that will make your toes curl. Paired that with the Garlic Waffle Fries. Staff was friendly. I had the salad with grilled chicken breast, which I was surprised how much food for the money. Service was awesome for such a large group, although we had tables reserved.
